Nothing announced on Blufans yet to address this issue.

still this may be true, but if you read Domalorite's post on Kevin making statements I would go with the official channel, Kevin deals mainly with GB from what I read and his position at Blufans on a corporate level is not confirmed, as domalorite stated once Official info posted by Blufans corporate on the Blufan forums at this point info will be concrete, at this point in time it is speculation, they may make sense but still...

same stipulation was said for Thor due to have the steel remade because of the border...finish may not be glossy as previously confirmed. but like wall-e and Thor, we will have info confirmed on blufan website...it was said print run for both will be reduced due to the matte finish interest will be lower, but again not fully confirmed.

i think you could cancel if you do not want it, that shouldn't be an issue, but yes if you' re upset not to have a glossy finish in the end i can understand (yes actarus i know it's not 100% sure, it's in case it would be indeed matte, which is likely to be though since it was calimed by kevin who is almost always correct from what i read)

It seems to be disappointment after disappointment with Blufans at the moment. The constant delays, misinformation and quality control problems are becoming a bit of an issue. Blufans started the whole 'premium' Steelbook craze but they are in danger of being left behind by retailers like Plain Archive who can produce a great looking product in a timely manner and often for a more reasonable price.

That exactly the reason why i do not participate in any BF GB`s anymore in the Future. Just as snoo posted above,delays, misinformation and quality control problems . I´ll wait until they are released and decide to buy it or not,even if i have to pay a bit more on Ebay,it`s much stressless then always getting the same phrase over and over agian: Please be patient, i really can´t hear that anymore

By the way, You got refunded because you said you would file a Paypal Claim if you could. Not because you complained about getting a different finish than what you signed up for. Just putting that out there...not trying to argue or start something

And I agree about the payments and waiting until the finished product is available, which is exactly what happened with Thor. We hadn't paid for that one yet before the problem was found. So at least the new procedure was implemented for it
