Your welcome @Escapegoat07 hopefully someone posts a ninja posts some better pics of the steel. Lots of glare for me and yea..;p the little wall-e on the spine is adorable. The wall-e on the cover has a metallic shine to him. Kinda wish the finish was velvet matte but it's not bad.

It looks worse than Little Mermaid which was matte finish. Looks dull. Nothing stands out.

The back is worse than Gravity or Man of Steel WWA.

If Zavvi released this Steel we will be in page 500.

passing on this, will settle for the Original exquisite Wall-e Future Shop Exclusive Steelbook... don't think any version can surpass it...especially since they released it without the 3D

I can see where it looks dull @lgans316. I think since I paid for it back in September, I'm just happy to finally have it lol and walle is one of my favorite pixar movies. The slip is good quality though, feels sturdy(Not like earlier blufans, Jack reacher perhaps?).

It might not be worth the $60 price tag to some. At least those who kept it got a $5 credit. I think it's solid release spite the problems with gloss..

@nicblue one of the nicest pic I have seen so far, love matte finishes on steels so for me it's not something that bad...really looks nice !!! if I'd have more money I would grab both versions...if they are still around in a couple of months I'll grab them to add to my collections...the chinese title gets me...love it !

Just think what think what would've been if Scanovo just let the first Steelbooks of Wall-E dry before shipping them out...the ones that were glossed. Ever since then, Blufans has been matte. I'm not sure if it's just to save money but if people are waiting and paying premium why not just go all the way. I understand people are "okay" with it and probably just happy to finally have it in hand but tell me everytime you look at your Wall-E Steelbook that you won't wonder what could have and should have been. I for one, am still pleased with the current Marvel releases but I pray that Guardians if the Galaxy is gloss and "in English".

all the Marvels seem to be nice except CA2 which I don't like pictures of the steel...CA is Amazing despite the not Glossy finish, really nice once.

I think that it is the reason why they moved the manufacturing process to Scanavo Denmark for GOTG to avoid or minimize factory issues, I think they are just tired of Scanavo China, it must be the reason why - although FROZEN steel was unbelievably insane and it was Scanavo China !!!

Let's face it, it's pretty minging! I'm guessing many that signed up for these will be disappointed (as it's a million miles from what we're used to from BluFans) and try to shift it on. Especially if Zavvis effort trumps it.

Just received my Full slip and it looks fantastic. As for the steelbook, not blown away with it and its just underwhelming. If Zavvi does the same job as recent Disney and Pixar waive they can top BF Wall e easily and I am looking forward to that.
