Steelbooks from Zoom come in a jiffy bag and then in a large A4 cardboad envelope. I ordered two and both were in separate jiffy bags and then in the one carboard envelope. So it is just some luck with the postman but they have arrived in mint condition from the outside. Haven't opened one yet!

Mine arrived this weekend, second order from Zoom and the second to come damaged. Their packaging really is sub par. The entire steelbook was bowed. Waiting on a response from them now. Hopefully I can get a replacement with better luck.

I sure did, when I saw th cardboard envelope I feared the worst but all ends well.

I really like steel, it's one of those few that doesn't require gloss to make it better.

Mine was shipped 3 days ago on Oct 9th and still no sign of anything. (I'm getting it shipped to a UK address)

Second class shipment so around 2 days, not as fast as the HMV ones, but then again HMV dont offer any discount on their steels at the moment.
