A new wave of Steelbooks coming to the USA, due for release on May 7th 2013-appearing at multiple retailers including Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Barnes and Noble, in-store at Costco, etc.

Small update:

actually about 3-4 titles will have inside art.

I was expecting matte finishes on the UK ones too. I already have enough editions of batman so I can give these a miss!

I think it would be great if most showed some restraint with these Batman re-issues. We all know that the Ultimate edition/s are coming later this year and I can easily see yet more steels released (I guess this time in 2014) of these editions, hopefully with a re-scanned BB and TDK.

Warner are so predictable. I'm just surprised it's taken them this long to release the EE LOTR steels, but we knew they would come at some point, hehe.

I've bought watchmen as a trial with amazon. See how it arrives as they only use a jiffy which is disappointing considering every other country I have bought a steel through amazon, uk, france, germany and japan have been sent in a box.
Really interested in a few of these and want some of the real heros steels released later also.
