The 2 damaged ones had also partly removed shrink wrap. Another sign that they found these copies somewhere in an old warehouse.
I ordered an additional one from amazon.de today. I hope this will be mint so I can send the most damaged one back to amazon.de

One was perfect mint, one has a tiny dent and the blu-ray seems to jump loosely in the steelbook(not opened that one yet) and the 3rd one has 2 huge dents on the upper left side....

One was perfect mint, one has a tiny dent and the blu-ray seems to jump loosely in the steelbook(not opened that one yet) and the 3rd one has 2 huge dents on the upper left side....

yeah it looks like there could be a few damaged ones then.

Maybe I had just bad luck, cause the quality of these seems not bad (heavy and thick).
Can't compare it to something like MI:4(thinnest metal I have ever had on a steel)

yeah I know what u mean, they are pretty solid steels I bought one before when it came out but was covered in scratches all down the front so I sent it back and regretfully never asked for a replacement.

does your mint copy happen to have a bunch of scratches under joe's left arm on the front, cuz I read that's meant to be a manufacturing problem with this release and that's what I had wrong with mine when I got it but thought I just unluckily got a scratched copy, I counted lots of them and I only just found out this could be a problem with all the steelbooks so that sux if so.

If I remember correctly, those "scratches" under Joel Edgarton's left armpit are part of the background artwork like those behind his head on the front cover. Sorry I don't have the steelbook in hand as I am travellin on business. If you post pictures of them, I am sure many folks will help ascertain if your copy is scratched or not.

This is a beautiful steelbook, well-designed and printed. The title on the spine always seems to be floating due to the color combination and grading/shading used.

I don't have the steel any longer mate as I bought it and returned it because I thought it was scratched lol, that was when It first came out and I ordered another copy a few days ago when amazon de got some back in stock, If I remember correctly I counted about 17 what I thought were scratches but maybe they weren't and it was part of the artwork like u said and I returned a perfectly gd steelbook I should get mine delivered tomorrow though so will find out then.
