I really hope the artwork for this isn't exactly the same as the FS art, otherwise I will be really mad. Iron Man FS will never lose it's value, but a title like Watchmen FS which isn't that rare would drop a lot in value in my opinion.

I hope they don't use the artwork with Rorschach ( don't get me wrong , he is my favorite of the Watchmen ) but I'd like something different .
The back should have the Minutemen in black&white .

Agreed. If it's EXACTLY the same, then I will be more than a little peeved. As long as they change the artwork in some way (like they have with the Iron Man one), then I won't be too bothered. In fact, I'll probably end up getting this one as well if they even just tweak the artwork slightly.

Even if the Steelbook looks better I doubt if it will triumph the FS release. However, the Picture Quality of the movie should be better due to superior encoding.

Didn't you see the Iron Man steelbook released yday by play.com? I don't know about you... But i loved the design of that SB compared to the FS version... I wouldn't count it happening again!

I really hope Play hold on to both this & Gi Joe for a while after the Iron Man steels ...its not good to have too many things going on at once imo.
