In my experience, Yodel are by far the worst - with Hermes coming a strong second. Play don't even give us the option of paying to upgrade to a better delivery service do they?

Yeah, I expect most have more than one copy. But I do have 2 which I ordered seperately from a larger order and they have been sent RM.
