We have a thread in Blu-ray area but I thought it would be fun to add one here.

Some of mine are probably Avatar and Baraka.

Chime in!

For both picture and sound, Revenge of the Sith (opening) Super 8 (train crash) Into Darkness (opening) Transformers 4 (opening) and pretty much any BD with a Dolby Atmos track (John Wick, TMNT, Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 1).

Pacific Rim or Tron Legacy for PQ and 3D
Jurassic Park or Top Gun for 3D conversions
Transformers for Audio

I also use The Haunting (1999) DTS DVD as well because the audio mix on that is intense!

there is a DTS 2018 ULtra HD Blu-ray demo disc out from CES this year that some are selling on ebay .... the 2017 a tad cheaper.

but I mention this cause I seen its coming soon to a thailand retailer thus its likely going to hit other retail outlets (in other Countries) so be on the look out if interested.

Tho the 4k bd of IT is pretty dang stellar.

I use a Dolby Atmos demo disc for sound and have a few for the 4k but love Batman V Superman especially the just before the fight scene with Batman standing in the rain

Even though I hate the films - any Transformers movie will give you a killer surround demo.
(I mean it is wall to wall surround effects.)

Surely a mad max 4k disc has got to be there?
