I personally see no need to change the formula. Variety is good and I really like the slip on lenticulars that Kimchi and Nova have been releasing. The difference in size adds a uniqueness to each that would be lost if all were slipboxes

True. They also take up less space on the shelf which is a unique selling point.

And Kimchi / Novas O slips aren't classed as x large parcels by Royal Mail either. They tuck in nicely in a zavvi cardboard mailer which I discovered recently ! Blufans don't. They are way bigger.

For me the Lenti fits the film prefectly it has a vibe like a jazz concert poster sheet and music album similarities to it for full slip steel edtion. And the keepcase is just awesome in its own way. Kimchi has done a great job with this release the whole package beats out the FA release by a mile.

i agree. this is far superior to the film arena release.

I don't think anything will happen with UV light? It was just mentioned as the style of printing, I don't think there are any extra effects to see.

we have some great members that take great pictures, but @moon just blows them out of the water

Taking nice Pictures of a Release is very Time Consuming, but @moon goes above and beyond as they are simply superb and he knows on how to show the release in its best way Possible.

Oki this is off Topic but just a quick note to @moon;
PS: Can you Still please mention to Nova for their ''Scanavo FullSlip Amaray'', in regards to 3D releases,
that we want both Disks for the release (2D Disk+3D Disk) and not a ''2 in 1'' only on 1 Disk''.

Normally I go for the Lenti but this is not attractive to me, still after seeing in-hand shots.

This movie means so much to me I still need/hope for a nice print for my wall

What a fantastic looking release, I wasn't going to bother with any of these as I thought I had the best version of Whiplash in FAC. I think I may have been proven wrong, this has the potential to be one of the best releases I've ever seen .

Fantasic looking pics @moon thanks for the views this has to be one of the year's best steelbook package beautifull all round great artwork and quality. Kimchi have definitely gone the extra mile with providing us with this, especially on the lenti with the protection well done.
