I did originally have this but it was badly damaged and I sent it back but i ended up going for the kimchi version recently which is one of the classiest steelbooks I now own.

Only prob is the full slip has scratches all over it and trying to deal with them is painful.

Would of liked to also get this but it seems like this could actually be sold out with the odd 1 or 2 coming back every other day. Plus after getting the kimchi i don't really want to pay over £10 for it but I'm not too bothered.
It's nice but no where near the nicest of last year for me.

Indeed Kimchi did a SUPERB job on that release, really insane the Fullslip and Scanavo but still it does not take away that this is one of the best steel of the year for a WWA.

I've not seen this movie but the steelbook looks lovely so i'm blind buying this one incase it goes again. I've only heard good things about the film itself. Hope I'm not disappointed!

There's only 4 pages since his was released on June 1st and roughly 2 of those pages are people commenting on the steel and conversations (some posts from the same people talking about the steel, a page of a small arguement and a few dispatch posts 4 pages back).
Obviously not everyone posts that they have it and others from other sites will have ordered aswel as others who aren't on sites but I find it hard to actually believe this has sold out considering a lot of people cancelled for the FA version and kimchi and although it's gone in and out of stock the last 2 months they randomly put it at £12.99 today and it don't sell out within 30 mins like the last 6 times it went in and out.
I have a feeling they have found a big big box of them or it was all tactical sales recentley with the in and out of stock because they have so many left

Yeah, it's weird what is currently going on with Whiplash (and also They Live, Mulholland Drive and Imitation Game) and zavvi. This steelbook is absolutely perfect though. Brilliant film, beautiful debossed steelbook and now available for a cool price. This is the ultimate steelbook release for me and if it's not rare, "ultra" limited or a future grail, I couldn't care less. BUY IT AND BUY IT NOW!!!

i nabbed one at 12-99....no way was i ever going to pay what Zavvi originally had this up for!!!!

it was NEVER sold out!!!....it's a way of making collectors think...i'd better nab one now or i'll pay a fortune on fleabay!!!!

i also picked up Imitation Game yesterday for 10-99....after it had been 20 plus pounds for months and months!!!!!

Nice to have both in my collection now for more ACCEPTABLE prices!!!
