Today, from AmazonUK website, I got this and the Porco Rosso steelbook shipping to USA for a total of $34.81
happy days. 
noticed that this is still available on amazon UK, as is Porco Rosso, so for anyone still wondering, here are some shots.

i think the interior artwork is a little bit average, but it all works well enough:
