This is normal though. The Hut Group always does this. It's just a weirdly automated system.

The ironic part is, it does usually take ages for me to receive their package (3-4 weeks to the Netherlands), but that's after the actual releasedate.

That's normal. For the next two months you'll also get personalised updates (usually with the wrong name or a HTML typo in place of your name) telling you that they're sorry for the delay in sending it to you (despite it not being released yet) and then you'll get emails telling you that it's out of stock, then some to say it's back in stock, and then they'll apologise for the delay again.

Expect it to arrive in October.

Then you'll get another email apologising for the delay in December.

Yeah it happens when some muppet sets an automatic dispatch date as the forthcoming Monday. The guy on their twitter said orders will be updated soon. We'll see.

I just ordered it on Saturday.



Now this is sold out. This is messed up. I guess I am going to email them and find out why they cancelled my order.

If you can, contact them via twitter. They have the same guy on there handling all enquiries. His name is Keiran and he often will look into individual orders if you send your number.
