I actually sent them a mail asking if they would charge the reduced price.. i am sure there was a flood of the same type of mail.

no not yet .. but they have added a pre order price promise to the page .. hopefully that applies to my order when it gets shipped

Seeing as this is my first time using Zavvi, I e-mailed them and asked them what their packaging for shipping Steelbooks was like. This was the reply I got:

it states on the order page release is March 25th
since when has a preorder ever been available only a week before release ?
I do feel kinda special that they care lol

But with the administration of HMV and the closing down of Play.com...
it begs the question ...
Is this Steel one which would have been a Play.com exclusive .. but could not be because of Plays decision to switch to a marketplace business in March ?
It would make sense in regards to timing of the release , the uniqueness ie play.com feel to the steel.. ( embossing /debossing and such ) and the appearance of many former play.com exclusive steelbooks available foe order on zavvi.com
