I pre-ordered this but am now feeling guilty given how much of a cowboy outfit Zavvi appear to be. This is my first experience of them.

YEH i recieved another as well..BUT as it seems as this is going to continue on a regular basis lets not clutter up this space unless we get something that is positive and a little more informative.."what do ya recon guys"

Christ, if Zavvi got ahead and announce 5 or more steelbooks in a row sometime, our inboxs are gonna be fuuuuuuuuuull.......... @_@

Pre-ordered the WFRR Steel, along with the steels of Con Air & Zombieland, and the last 2 arrived today. They were shipped separately in these flimsy cardboard mailers.

Thankfully they were undamaged, but what I'm concerned with is this e-mail I received from Zavvi, concerning steelbook shipping to the US.

"Thanks for getting in touch about your order.

I am sorry for the delay of response, I can confirm that the items are packaged very well and the box we send them in is full of airbags that stop the item from moving about when it is inside the box.

If there's anything else we can do please don't hesitate to get in touch and a member of our team will be happy to help."

As a first time user, I e-mailed before asking how they package their Steelbooks, here was my reply:

That's how I received mine to Australia last Friday. The box was filled with air filled cushions. Though this was the first time I'd received anything in this sort of packaging.
