I am in New Zealand.

I haven't received any e-mails cancelling my order for two Roger Rabbit and one Star Trek. I have received the weekly e-mail apologizing for the delay in shipping Roger Rabbit.

Checked my account, and all three orders are 'processing".

Unlikely - I have complained a few times about damaged goods and they will offer a discount if you email them photos, never had a problem apart from ordering something that was a rik price

The funny thing is they made 2 cents off of me and then canceled my order. You think if the credit card worked when they charged 2 cents that should of been good enough. I want my money back.
