Finally resolved my damaged copy issue with Zavvi. After sending them pictures they told me the item was OOS and no replacement possible (which i knew already). They did however give me a 10% partial refund, which i have taken.

my other copy arrived this morning mint so i'm pleased. i have no desire to keep two as i just opened 1, watch it, poly-bag, and back on the shelf.

now i can try and use this in a trade to try and get one of wants as well as helping out a fellow collector.

Mine finally just turned up after over a week of waiting... but I'm putting that down to Royal Mail and the snow rather than Zavvi. A small paint chip was hiding under the j-card, but apart from that it looks great! I'm pretty impressed with Zavvi's new packaging too, although as most have said... it's still not up to Play's standards. Still, credit where credit's due... they listened to us and took action, which is more than can be said for certain other retailers.

Glad I ordered a couple. They both arrived intact today thanks to Zavvi's new packaging however one of them has a small but noticeable paint chip on the front cover at the edge of the main opening.

I have to say, considering what I paid for shipping, I am extremely impressed with how quickly these arrived stateside. 2 days after release date and only 8 days in transit?

The packaging isn't the best it could be, but it is still better than Best Buys and I see no one complaining as much there.

This got to be one of the best steelbooks in my collection!

Got mine today, surprised at the packaging, 2 nice foam padded inserts & the movie perfectly centered.

Sadly, there's some nicks, and missing paint at the top right of the case, but it doesn't look like it came from the shipping. May buy another copy & hope for the best.

Same problem here mate. I eventually got it sorted though. They will ask you to send photos, then they will offer you a 10% refund.
