I was actually careful to inspect this one before I opened it, not a blemish until I opened the wrapping which was hiding the scratches around the edges. Typical!

Mine arrived with scratches too, all down the rear edge by the spine, and a few randomly distributed along the back. It was under all of the factory wrapping and the slip, so I can only assume this happened at the manufacturing level. Products that defaced simply should not leave the warehouse, it's shameful.

They have it in HMV for 15.99. Higher price but at least you can inspect it before you buy. (They also have robocop etc aswell).
