and some open pictures. As you can see a nice glossy finish (a couple of minor imperfections) but one that shows up fingerprints really bad. Not a big deal for me though:

Amazon let me down yet again. Paid for their "get it on release day" option and hasn't shown up.

That's now 3 orders and 100% rate of not showing up. Poor!!!

Sounds like you'd be better off just getting the regular postage. Do you not just get it the next day anyway in the UK?

Mine showed up today in a flimsy Zaavi cardboard envelope - thankfully not damaged, but still not too impressed. Weren't they talking about instigating a new packaging policy?

That's not supposed to be happening until Roger Rabbit is released at the earliest I believe.

Just finished watching this gem after many years gone by and boy I must admit this bought back some great memories....i love the whole nostalgia about this 80's classic, the dialogue, the characters, the cinematography, the FX and above all the soundtrack by James Horner.....life was simple then and for the last two hours I was lost in that time....oh and not a bad steelbook either...my favourite of the year thus far!

I decided to pass on this as I saw the film again recently (about two years ago)

I remembered it as being awesome as a kid. But when I saw it there again, the acting is actually really hammy and bad and the special effects were so cheap looking. I couldn't believe I used to think it was so good :emb:

+1, also I don't like midgets

due to my cc being compromised I had to change it and for whatever reason I am unable to change it on the order... now I am screwed and won't be getting this steelbook from the UK
