Wind Rises Blu-ray Release Date?

Anyone have any word on the possible release date of the movie, 'The Wind Rises' in U.S/Canada? I am a big Studio Ghibli fan and the movie never opened in my area and from what I hear, it is one of Hayao Miyazki's best films!
And also, is it likely they will do a commemorative release because this is Hayao Miyazki's last film? Like a steelbook or an official complete collection release from Disney?

There is still is not a U.S release date, however, my local library has already ordered the title. A possible indication that the North American blu-ray release date for the movie could be coming within the next few months.

Also, the UK blu-ray release according to Amazon UK is region free and the release date is September 29. I suspect if the UK release is region free, the North American release must be around that time as well.
