Hi everybody.



I decided I wanted to host a pre-ninja week give-away too. It's getting closer and I can't wait. Last year was so much fun!



Everyone can enter, mods and admins. All I ask is that you have 30 non spam posts. And if you are planning to sell them on, please don't enter.



Up for grabs are brand new sealed copies of the long oop and very hard to find p) Terminator Salvation (SE) and First Blood (UK). The winner take both steels.

When I was 10-12 years old I had a massive hard on (well, not really, but you know what I mean) for Sylvester Stallone and always had arguments with my friends about who was most badass, Stallone or Schwarzenegger.



So the question is: who is/was the toughest one of the two and why? You're more than welcome to post iconic pics from their careers.

Has to go to Arnie. Kicked aliens in the nuts, kicked Satan in the nuts (by being comitting suicide!), and defied death and once again returned as time travelling, terminating robot. And it's all REAL. Or at least, Arnold thinks it is:

Arnie! I remember when I first watched Running Man and Terminator and, gosh, I couldn't take my eyes off the screen. Of course Sly is great with his Rambo, Rocky, Expendables and etc., but this time it has to be Arnie.

I'll say Schwarzenegger. If you can pull of **** like "Junior" and "Batman & Robin" and still end up doing a believable Terminator, you're definitely more badass than Rambo could ever be.

Not to mention the fact that he sported a Smith & Wesson .500 in The Last Stand. I own one, and every time i squeeze off one of my home loads...it makes me wish i had Aah-Noold arms.

I mean, I suppose it comes down to your criteria for grading them. In their youth, Arnold clearly had the superior physique (Mr. Olympia!), but it would seem that later in life, Sly's physique has maintained (with some chemical aid, I'll wager...). Arnie's movie characters were just slightly more over-the-top (no pun intended), which typically made them more fun watch, but Sly was actually the better actor of the two (Rocky, First Blood, Copland). Sly is the better director of the two (as far as I know, Arnie has never directed). Ultimately, I guess it comes down to this for me: I can never forgive what Sly did to Dredd, and Arnie fought and killed the DAMNED PREDATOR!!!!!!


There can be only one: Arnie.

I've always been more fond of Schwarzenegger. I saw most of his films growing up, and he always had cheesy one liners.
Stallone always mumbled too much for my liking!

Historically, I was a big fan of Arnold and I would have laughed at the idea of Stallone going head-to-head with him. However, as of late, Stallone has been experiencing a bit of a renaissance (if one can refer to anything involving The Expendables series a "renaissance") and proving himself surprisingly versatile, thoughtful, capable and in-shape. He looks like what Rambo or Rocky would look like growing old, where as Arnold is a shadow of his former self. I wouldn't have made this call in earlier matchups, but I'm giving this round to Stallone.

Both are so iconic, but when it comes down to toughness, I got to go with SLY! Why... did anybody see the Rocky movies. I don't know either personally but going off roles and films, I would say it was more tougher for Sylvester Stallone than Arnold Schwarzenegger. It's kinda like comparing whose tougher between The Hulk and Captain America, (Arnold) The Hulk is so big, strong and... Hulking that when he gets hit your not worried about it because what he has doesn't originate from toughness. Cap, on the other hand, toughness is what makes him who he is. I'm bigger Arnie fanbut I got to go with, Sylvester Stallone!

Gosh I can't believe Celebrity Deathmatch has been off the air for so long. I always saw Stallone as the total nonfictional hero whereas Schwarzenegger is the best science fictional icon.
