1st scifi was aliens but I was to young for cinema so it was watch on my uncles on VHS, if it has to be at cinema then it was independence day at the Odeon in Hull.

It's hard to remember the first one that I saw in a cinema.
It may have been Independence Day in Kirkcaldy.
I remember seeing it on the day of release and there being a lot of hype, so the queue came out of the building and down the side street.
It was a good crowd as every one cheered and clapped when the dog jumps out of the way of an explosion in the underpass.
Great cinema experience overall!

Same as @huggy2k4 it was Aliens in 1986 at Saga in the town I grew up in. Fun fact is that Saga is the oldest cinema still in use in Sweden today, it opened up in 1906...not bad!!!
