When was your steelbook dispatched?

Well money was taken really early, then supposed depatched was Tuesday afternoon.

Either they were instructed to deliver it on or after release date or second class post was slow.

WOW!!!!!!!!

One of my posts was edited a few weeks ago for recommending a particular US based retailer, (who I wont mention again for fear of this post being edited) yet personal attacks against other members, justified or not, remain for all to see, inclusive of abuse.

Seems strange my attempt at a constructive, helpful post warranted censorship but aggressive, abuse filled posts don't..........

Sticks and stones Anything majorly untoward would be edited or deleted by Mods if deemed necessary. Fyi: If someone discovers something offensive, they can always report it themselves by clicking the "! Report" button and it will be flagged up to Mods/staff and be looked into when possible.

It’s a shame yes. Like always, the few ruin it for the rest. The only thing you can do is report it and hopefully one day those persons will be banned.

Yes, the best thing to do would be to report that particular post or member so Mods can act on it ASAP. We can only dedicate so much time to checking the forums, since most of us have jobs etc., so it's impossible for us to check every thread and read every post. You also have the option to contact a Mod or member of staff directly through PM if you wish to discuss something further... there's absolutely no harm in doing that.

Mine arrived today. It's a fantastic steelbook despite what the naysayers say. The finish is a top quality zero finish with nice embossing.

Give me a quality zero finish with embossing over a flat glossy steelbook any day!

I like the look of this one too... obviously gloss would've been nice, but it's still far from being a terrible steelbook IMO.

lucky you mine dispatched tuesday and i live opposite portsmouth and nadder but our post always seems to be a day later.
i reckon hmv just sent out a load of emails after billing myself and now we wait for speedy post office.

Got my copy today. Actually a pretty decent steelbook As already mentioned, some gloss would have been nice but a satisfying release nevertheless.

What packaging did this arrive in for you guys? My steel hasnt turned up but i have a Royal Mail There’s something for you card :-/

Thin piece of cardboard wrapped round the steel and then inside a cardboard mailer. Fitted through my letterbox OK.
