Unfortunately, my OC got damaged. The dent actually bent the foam protector as well. I messaged Kevin from Blufans, and they didn't have any replacements. They could only offer a full refund if I returned it or an empty OC box, which I went with. I imagine it'll take some time before arriving though.

If I were you, I would check the steelbooks.

My OC came with all three steelbooks damaged (dented and scratched). Even the Fullslips were scratched like a knife danced over them.

Fortunately, mine arrived fairly fast and safe in the US but from now on, especially with The Dark Knight, I will spring the extra $40 or so for expedited shipping.

Same here today received my DL replacement Slip totaly damaged + paid customs ~ €8.50. Totaly frusted.

Could you just tell me if the final box has been really shipped and which tracking number or if not (which seems more realistic six months after..) if I can have a discount to compensate bad condition of the 2 received boxes ?
