Received today and what a beauty !
Its not gloss. Its satin finish by the looks of it. Where do you guys see spot glossing?

So, is this the European version of the WWA? I don't like the finish and the DC logo on the front... There is no debossing/ embossing. 
By the way, they want you to put 3 discs one upon the other? Thats a joke right? 
Is there a chance to get the same treatment for Germany etc. like the HMV one?

16.79 Euro (~$19.85 USD). There is only a golden effect on the gauntlets and tiara. The rest doesn't have the effect (including her breastplate).

Okay so I opened mine and to lay to rest all of the back and forth regarding the finish etc., I have taken close-up images of the texture and shine to the best of my abilities.
Threw in a pic of the DC logo and the interior art as well

Thanks for the pics buddy. It´s certainly not satin or gloss indeed, but it still looks kind of more shiny ( not only bracelets, even black parts) than classic dull matte, more like waxed matte
. Well better than nothing I guess. I already made order yesterday, hopefuly it will feel good in hand.
The spanish one has the same pictures but it’s debossed on the front and logo (but doesn’t come with all the discs)

Thanks for the pics. For me it looks better then the HMV one finish wise and I'm not worried about the embossing.
@urbeenjammin I know what you're saying about the DC logo but for me it fits well as it's just like a cover of a comic book which has the logo in the corner anyway (which I also collect). I'd take that logo over the 3D one any day.
It's a zero finish(I have i) as had claimed for months now the french site "stelbookpro .
I'm not fond of the colors(really reddish) and he blacks(tooaks) as well as he logo, but th at is good and there's a thi layer of gloss on it, so I can understand some like it.

If anyone didn't see this posted previously . . . charting the differences between this steelbook for France and the steelbook for the UK:-
Big ass DC logo could have maybe been more discreet on the front, methinks. . . . in gold like on the spine (or even red) would have looked better I feel.

No this is exclusively for France. All other Countries in Europe are gettting the HMV Finish.
Oh my god.. This is how you should NEVER do a steelbook
+1. Oh man, that was the one I was talking about. Looks bloody awful. The very definition of streaky matte finish is right in there.
