If it was EDT then yes it would be 14:00 UK time but it's EST so it'll be 15:00 UK time. At least that's the way I worked it out.
EDIT: Our clocks in the UK went back last weekend so we're currently only 4 hours ahead of the Eastern USA. Their clocks go back this coming weekend (Nov 5th) so we'll then be 5 hours ahead of Eastern USA.

I thought it´s a europian thing only, but looks like US got this time shifting thing as well. I would cancel this, there are certainly some countries which don´t change time at all.
