So my HDzeta steelbook may arrive full of scratches yet my Best Buy illustrated, glossy steelbook is flawless?

Don‘t underestimate these scratches. You can see all these mini scratches and that is a big no go. I think in hand the steel looks worse than in the video. These latest quality issues are really annoying. I hope that these are only individual cases. But the latest scratches from Manta, Kimchi/Nova (glossy slips) and now this are a little bit sobering

I said elsewhere that this seems to be the luck of the draw now. While the Kimchi It Follows that I got was almost blemish free some pictures posted on here looked horrible. Glad I've stopped buying steels for this year.

Yes it's worse in reality.. plus hdzeta answered me they "couldn't" see videos and that I should send picture, but with pictures it's much harder to make them see the swcratches, really annoying and disappointing answer for me...

So turns out it was waiting for me outside my door even though the tracking hadn't updated.

Pretty damn happy with but it does have scratches (mostly dot-like scratches). Not always noticeable but still a bit disappointing. Art is fire though.

If it helps, when the tracking numbers were released on the website I kept checking mine but it wasn't working and then it just turned up on my doorstep.

I might sound like s broken record but issues like these is simply not worth the hassle. The amount of stress it puts on most of he collectors is insane. This just shows how QC has gone down the slippery slope. Remember receiving so many glossy embossed mint Steels from Zavvi and Play and people still complained that they are expensive

I tend to agree. I open all of my editions at one point, and it's been quite a while that I got a steelbook which didn't have any (noticeable) issues at all. Very disappointing.
What adds to the insult is how bad some companies are in the CS department. For example, I'm still waiting for a replacement "Life" slip (the scratched steelbook couldn't be replaced at all) and top half of the Manchester by the Sea scenario box from Kimchi. Tony just ignores my e-mails. There's also the unfulfilled promise from HDzeta to replace the damaged "Argo" full slip and steelbook...
Sometimes I wish I hadn't started buying these editions at all.

That looks really bad! I hope you will actually get a replacement (and not just a promise).
