Those who have got this item from the GB can they try to track my Tracking number, it does not show any result, and have recently received a message that it have been return to sender and if i can sent an other address or get a refund :ohno:, i reply back with my actual address and some example of previous GB with HDZeta

China post stop ship to your country,they send back the package today,please change another address.
 
with my video posted hdzeta answered me it was barely noticeable and I should have a high standard for steelbooks... they don't call that "dammage" at all
fortunately they will send replacements, but only after they'll have received the product..
so I might have one/both copy(/copies mint in a month or so, great, thabks hdzeta, you're too kind..

Glad to hear. Hopefully, the shipping to China doesn't cost you an arm and a leg.

Honestly that must be a joke. Zeta's reaction to your enquiry is totally unacceptable. As a customer you should have the right to complain about a product which does not meet the quality standards it should do. Does not make them more desirable imo and I expect something different when it comes to customer friendly behaviour
 
My tracking from hdzeta shows "Delivered" today 11/18 in California, USA. I go outside and nothing there. Maybe the "Delivered" status was translated from "Out For Delivery"? when i plug in the tracking number into Aftership or the USPS(post office), neither show details. Anyone seeing this for your tracking number? I'm not worried(yet), as it appears it must be very near delivery.

I agree, I asked them if the fact that I wouldn't have any kind of gesture for the disagreement was a joke? cause even manta did bettter by not requesting me to sed back the faulty steel.. I 'm guessing since for them scratches are not a big deal they might try sell those later..

HDZeta's delivered status means it's shipped, their website isn't capable of giving accurate actual shipping progress

+1. I find this response unacceptable but at least a replacement is being offered which is like seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Hoping the buyer receives a mint copy but looks like s long wait. I am wondering if these faulty Steels will be resealed, repackaged, and sold as a new copy?

my tracking number says this since saturday: Item is not found at this moment, If necessary, please verify with the package sender and check back later.
