For the 'Unsealed' collectors that open and enjoy their steelbooks, what do you freely have to say for those that keep their steelbooks 'Sealed'!?
For the 'Sealed' collectors, what do you freely have to say for those that 'Unseal' their steelbooks!?

TERMS ANS CONDITIONS!
1. Any member can enter regardless of post count.
2. To be eligible to enter, thank All of Wouter's collection and answer the simple Question!
3 - Giveaways will end on Thursday at 2000hrs UK time and drawn via Random Generator. A screen shot will be posted of the winner.
4 - Only ONE winner per giveaway. So if you are luckily enough to win more than once, the winner will be redrawn again.
5. Winner will be responsible for the Shipping and Packaging costs. UK winners will be sent second recorded delivery, and outside UK will have the option of tracked or non tracked.
6. The Winner will be tagged to the thread and a PM sent to confirm shipping costs. Once this is paid items will be shipped on Friday.
7. Please can Winners ensure they pay for the shipping ASAP, as I will be leaving on holiday for 3 weeks on Saturday and any shipping paid after will have to be sent after the Easter holidays.

Keeping them sealed, it´s like for example collect a luxury things (cars, watches etc), but not actually using it, just to look at it every day behind the glass, in vitrine or garage

Great question man! I personally am an opener! I just love taking photographs of them all. And i would just say Open them and enjoy them in person! Or at least give someone else the chance without scalping them!

I’m on both sides. I have a lot of sealed copies but I also have unsealed a few of them. I like to have them in mint condition and that’s why I keep them sealed. But when I want to enjoy the content I unseal it. I plan on opening all of them in the future but at a slow pace.

Thanks for the giveaway. I'm a hybrid because I do both. I sometimes get one to keep and one to store for the future generations. Things like Best Buy I always open but Plain Archive that are rare I store for future generations. I have a son so he'll probably use them for doorstops but I can dream. It's random mostly what I open and keep untouched.

What a seriously great giveaway from a seriously great collection, thanks wouter and sunnyx!!
If I had an expensive/valuable steelbook it would probably stay sealed if I wanted to keep its value, however pretty much always open them, because not only is half the art on the inside, but it always looks 100 times better, brighter, and usually shinier outside the celophane!!

To answer the question, I open some of my steelbooks and keep others sealed so I don't really have much to say to either as I would be talking to myself like I'm in a Fight Club movie.

Well, i like to have them sealed. Buy i would say that i would like to be like them and have the valor to open them and enjoy them more. But oh well haha i love them sealed.

I unseal steelbooks when I am going to watch them and I understand that guys who keep them sealed use them mostly as an investment.
