There is some at Liverpool, i picked mine up from there a couple of hours ago. They have them behind the till, or atleast the pre-ordered copies are.

Picked mine up today and I must say its much better looking glossed. The back is a little hard to see though, anyone noticed that?
Also I got her today and I noticed similarities in both steels (apart from the colour difference) they both have the face on front (bit more of his body with her) and the backs are similar with the images and what they have gone for.

After seeing this photo I was expecting a two tone/holographic type paint job so i was slightly disappointed when it looked nothing like this! Still a pretty nice looking steelbook though

I've never had any trouble getting opened, damaged steelbooks replaced in local stores or mail order stores.

Obviously you can't return it for refund, but as the case is a major feature of the product, of course you should be able to replace a damaged item with an undamaged one. (I've also had a few Blu-rays with broken amaray cases replaced. Same thing, case is part of the product)

Picked mine up early at Brighton Churchill Square, though got locked in the damn building for 15 minutes down to a fire alarm. At least I wasn't trying to rush home to watch it!

Just opened and can see no visible dents or chips like the previous posts. Feeling lucky with the one I've been given from behind the counter. It didn't have that nasty security tag rubbish either which may have been a good thing. It's actually exceeded my expectations. Nice steel.

Yea its a fault with the product, i only want a replacement, little non noticeable dents i can handle, but 4 massive dents that even my girlfriend says is unacceptable (and she is not ocd like me) is definatley cause for a replacement.
