This is the best thing for removing stickers...

I've used goof off and on some, it works great but other it destroys the colors or the paper it destroyed Expendables 2, Catch the Gringo and the Last Exorcist.

Might have to buy some lighter fluid and test it out.

there is a product called "bestine" which is a light solvent. i used to use it to remove tape gunk off drawings. i have NOT tested it on slipcovers or steelbooks, but here is a review off amazon that MAY help.

"I'm a librarian. It isn't uncommon for our library to get used books with stickers all over them. Bestine works amazingly at removing all these nasty little stickers. Unlike other adhesive thinners (goo gone, goof off, etc.) it's alcohol based, instead of oil based, so it evaporates quickly and doesn't hurt the paper or the ink and doesn't cause a greasy mess.
The only downside is all the adhesive usually transfers to my fingers! "

I've used lighter fluid on every kind of slip released, even the matte ones. It's great and no stink afterwards

I like that Uk lenti for Paranorman! I never can understand why certain films get so many slip variations, while even more successful ones don't get anything. Guess they feel they don't need to market the popular stuff eh?

I went in the massive hmv in market street manchester,,they had only new DVD stock. Hmv Trafford had all new stock. Blus the lot. Was basically told that everything was back to normal. Certain stores are getting stock at present. Things will settle down before 2 weeks. If I hadn't binned my 5 off 35 voucher I could have used that too.

I for one will be travelling to my local hmv on Monday looking for res evil and looper

Wow that Dredd 3D Canadian slip is very similar to the US version but all around better because of the embossing.
