I've just tweeted zavvi and they responded by saying it will be dispatched at the end of the week.
So something that was supposed to released today that alot of people ordered for Christmas is being despatched late and probably won't be here for Christmas, thanks Zavvi, classy service as always. They said the Guardians one would not be available for Christmas why didn't they say this wouldn't. If they are not posting it till the 19th with the Xmas post, no chance 
I've just checked my order and it's marked as despatch date
24th DECEMBER??? Wtf???
Tweet them back and say why didn't they tell people it wasn't going to be here for Christmas
They need to get their s*** together with these. If you're planning a monthly release people are going to want a set date and also be able to subscribe to them.
So far we've had 2 boxes announced (Justice & GOTG), with random shipping dates which have not been adhered too and no option to subscribe from what I can tell.

My justice one says:Awaiting Stock Pick with estimated dispatch of : 15/12/2014 and the Guardians ones has date of 29/12/2014
My December zbox says dispatch date 12/15/14. I'm a little worried though because someone on Facebook said that they emailed Zavvi and they told him that they won't be receiving one because it's sold out even though they pre ordered one. . Not sure how many people that will happen to or if it will.

I received an e-mail from Zavvi saying that they are sorry they have not yet sent the order, and they were chasing up with the suppliers. They said you can keep a check on this on your account page, so looks as if it has been delayed. No talk of an estimated date though.
You would think that they would send them next or something but I already ordered some stuff next day which never arrived??
I've just received an email from zavvi saying the justice zbox will be dispatched within the next couple of days and it should arrive within 2-3 days from the dispatch confirmation email, "in time for Christmas".
Despatched within 48 hrs? Says on my order status that it's still awaiting stock pick... are they stringing us on to avoid any negative publicity over missed xmas delivery schedules until it's too late to affect their xmas business?
At 14.20 (in 2 hours 8 mins) it will be 48 hours since I got that message so it better be sent in the next 2 hours!

It says it will arrive 2-3 days after the dispatch confirmation. It doesn't say anything about 2 days after that last email. I've not received a dispatch confirmation email.
