I was able to order via my phone while in train going through underground tunnel and sketchy network. PA did a pretty good. I went with tripack since I was not able to decide.

Wow, the first PA edition that I missed and it feels kinda bad...
Tried to order the PET Full slip punctually on 02:00 and just got Inventory Errors all the time. Tried to go back and forth a thousand times, tried different browsers, cleared my cache...no success. Seems like this was sold out in under a minute and their system wasn't able to cope with it.

Congrats to everyone who got what they wanted.
So, this must be the feeling when your favorite Indy band goes mainstream and you, as a lifelong fan, can't get tickets for their shows anymore...lol

Blufans are very good and most of their steels look excellent. But in total design philosophy Plain Archive rules.

Of course Blufans have some terrific releases, but they don't push the limits. They stay safe.

Managed to get hold of a triple pack, had problems with paypal to and ended up with order #5643 at 1.01am.
Had no idea that this would sell out so fast and feel sorry for those who missed out, but well done to all those who got what they were after.

I feel you, man. I guess my Plain collection shall have a hole or 2 in it. I'm just happy I was able to get both paper slips (I love the artwork and colour variation).

The fact they're NOT selling Marvel titles is what makes it the best imo.

PA have there place and I'm happy they are here but I will get far more Blufans releases because I want the titles they offer. I want there exclusive Gravity, GOTG, and Big Hero 6. I'm more excited about those than Foxcatcher, Oldboy, and whatever there next release is. We don't even know if they will be SBs? But that's just me there are a lot of people here that seem to like PA better which is fine there is no wrong answer is just personal preference. To already be calling them The best seems premature Blufans has been at this for 5 years and has an amazing catalog.

How can it be premature if it's just an opinion? I'd argue that the time they've been in the game is irrelevant. Class wins out in the end (or the beginning!).

But I should be the first name 'next' to be put on the US GB list (if copies are still available) and I couldn't let my PLAIN ORDER HISTORY not have ZDT on it so I bought the Paper Full Slip Amaray (Because I believe the US GB doesn't include it) and the Paper Full Slip Steelbook for my brother direct from PLAIN. So now the PLAIN ORDER HISTORY streak some what continues. I'm mad I had to clear my cart with my quad pack still in it to order those though. Sorry to all my PLAIN ARMY SOLDiers that missed this - I feel ya pain.

It's my opinion that calling them the Best after I think 5 SBs for PA this might be there 6th not certain. It is my opinion it is premature to call them the best. just be calm and reread what I said. You can say time is irrelevant because that is your opinion. Cheers

as to the "inventory issue" and "instant OOS" drama there is not much to add to this post by @RobertJoseph17 .
this is what happened, and if you want to blame someone for missing out, then it should NOT be Plain.

About what, I don't think they have anything to answer for. This is just how the checkout system works. If there are 500 copies of something and 500 people all add it to their cart, but take longer than a few minutes to check out, then it will still show in stock until all 500 of those people check out. If one of the 500 don't order, or get an error somewhere along the way, that copy gets thrown back out, and whoever was lucky enough to click "checkout" at that time, will get to the next step and not hit a "sold out" message. Once all 500 of the people have checked out, then it will finally show Sold Out on the main page. It's the same as Mondo's checkout system, you just have to be patient and keep going back and forth between the sold out screen and checkout screen until you get through or until it's actually sold out.

with all the group buys happening for this (HDN is not the only site have GB's for this...) that eat up about 50% of the international stock, i'm still not surprised that a lot of people had "inventory sold out" problems from the very beginning... i'm not a big fan of the GB idea to be honest. going this way i would end up paying a premium price (at least 25% above retail) because of all the shipping costs and taxes...
