This would have sold out by now if it was identical to the German release (which still commands a pretty high price). Who thought grey, green and orange were a good combination of colours? In an effort to be different, Play have forgotten that it has to be good.

There, I said it.

Someone had to say it.

Do people really like the blood? Like someone with a nose bleed has just been handling it? The inside is the worst part of the German release (which also has blood).

Squeamish around blood are we? I think the blood gives it that special appeal. I really like this steel and I'm looking forward to it's release. :scat:

Where is it green?

the shadow of zombieland letters and some spots on the world like the big wheel etc. looks like there is an green stinky dust all over it.

think the german one looks way better, i even would prefer an re-release with printed back aslong the front stay original.

gues only embossing/debossing can resque this one.

the german version has the same colours under the title and big wheel look for yourself

i know, i prefer the german version because of the black background. the green thing was just an explanation for chandler_90.

i also didn't said that this one is ugly, just that i like the german version much more, even with printed back.

maybe my english isn't good enough to make that clear, i'm sorry.

The German steelbook is THE steelbook to get. It's just perfect.

Seems this Zombieland isn't that popular, otherwise it was sold out already. The whole Globe on this grey artwork, it doesn't fit that well, for some reason.

I agree with that, the original German SB was a beauty. Depends on how much effect is put into the play release. It could be amazing or it could be another children of men

I gotta say I disagree with on this one. I think the steel background is tight. Really makes the globe pop. Also, the rules scratched into the back are awesome. And blood stains... Brilliant! I'm really looking forward to getting my copy of this!

Both look great but IMO the play one looks miles better. The blood stains and general 'worn' look is awesome and hopefully it'll have a premium finish to really show it off.
