if the back cover is debossed with the "scratched in" writing, this steel would be amazing.
If that happens this will be a real contender for steelbook of the year.

If I correctly read somewhere, this will not have the em/de-bossing treatment.
BUT, the artwork is fantastic IMHO.
I'm not a big fan of horror/comedy either but I enjoyed it, the movie balances both out pretty well

hey mate just an idea, you should order just now and you can always cancel later if you don't like the movie, this steel is the most pre ordered on play and you don't want to find out its already sold out before you get ur order in.

yeah its selling really well, i don't think it will be too long before its sold out
it will be well before release date anyway that's for sure.
I'm a little surprised that people aren't more excited about this one. The blood smudges on the corners are awesome. I've heard people saying they like the German release better. Why is that?
Because it has more black in it giving it more contrast. I think this one has lost its luster now that they are re releasing the German one.
rereleases dont effect the price of the original at all. Zombieland germany first release will sell for around the same price it has been selling for since its release even with the rerelease being released.
i cant say thats true for all steels...if the rerelease is extremely similar then it could have an effect...something like iron man is so rare that nothing can effect unless it was identical to it...Watchmen FS has very different art then play rerelease so no effect BUT i think that if a rerelease is almost the exact same art as the original it will effect the value ...Back to ur point zombieland is the original and its rare and the rereleases art is different enough that there should be a very minimal and temporary dip in value..
