One of my all time favorite movies. A classic in every sense of the word. Must have this one!

I've seen this five times, but the transfer on the UK Blu-ray Amaray that I have, is excellent. It would be nice to get a 5.1 or 7.1 audio track with this release. The current release is in English Stereo.

So glad the poll didn't stop this one. For those who haven't seen it, this is one blind buy that you can definitely go for. A brilliant film, with one of the best blu ray transfers to date.

Its '300' but better.

I was told Zulu was already planned, but they were still interested in hearing/seeing the interest on it in the poll. The heavyweights from the poll are coming but things are being spaced out.

Complete rubbish. DNR or not it's considered to one of the best blu ray transfers to date. I have the amaray and it makes the DVD look like a pirate VHS copy.

Two Lieutenants, Chard of Engineers and Bromhead find that their 140 man contingent in Natal has been isolated by the destruction of the main British Army column and that 4,000 Zulu warriors will descend on them in hours. Each has a different military background in tactics and they are immediatly in conflict on how to prepare for the attack. Nearly a third of the men are in the infirmary, as the welsh company tries to somehow survive with no help in sight. Based on a true story.

This film is awesome and so deserving of a steelbook release, one of Michael caines best films, along with the Italian Job and Get Carter IMHO! Can't wait for this one.

Also loved Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (very funny) and the Jack the Ripper tv movie :0)

The biggest problem is the picture quality which is DNR-ed heavily.

This is one of those movies that I've always been meaning to watch but never got round to, so this steel is going to be the perfect excuse!
