J. Edgar First Trailer Released

The first trailer to the upcoming biopic film J. Edgar directed by Clint Eastwood and starring Leonardo DiCaprio was recently released. The trailer makes it quite evident that is film is definitely as serious as it seems. In fact the film is not only serious but seems to be quite bold as well, alike the films that Eastwood has been recently directed. This film appears to be interesting enough, capable of captivating the interest of audiences.

The life of the famous, first director of the FBI, J. Edgar Hoover, is chronicled in this film. Hoover remained the director of the government agency for over 50 years. There is no doubt that Hoover diligently ran the agency but there were many secrets that he had been hiding, which were potentially threatening to his reputation and are somewhat reflected in this film.

Thus the life of the first FBI director serves as the plot of this thrilling film. Even the star cast of the film is increasingly appealing, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Armie Hammer, Ed Westwick, Judi Dench, Josh Lucas, Dermot Mulroney and Stephen Root. By the looks of it, it can be speculated that the film could be a contender for many different awards.
