Newsies, Evita, and Sister Act + Sister Act 2 are coming to Blu-ray in June

On June 19th, 3 classics are being released that may make you break out in song. Newsies, Evita, and Sister Act and Sister Act 2. They have been digitally remastered in high definition to be seen the way they are supposed to be. These have some of today’s biggest stars like Christian Bale, Madonna, and Whoopi Goldberg.

Newsies is a story about a group of newsboys who take a stand in what they believe in. It stars Academy Award winners Christian Bale and Robert Duvall, and Ann-Margaret. Being redone in HD, the music and video will really shine in this format.

Evita is the riveting true-life story of Eva Peron, which is told with music. It stars Madonna in the lead role and she does a superb job.
 
Sister Act stars Whoopi Goldberg as a lounge singer in hiding from the mob. The police end up putting her in a convent. In the sequel she helps a school with their problems.
