My copy was shipped the same day, and arrived on Christmas Eve...with the holiday season, it's my experience that it won't really be overdue until next week or thereabouts.

Amazon.de has great service, and will definitely send out a replacement if yours doesn't show up.

I got a response to my inquiry within 30 minutes saying they shipped out a replacement, and it showed up yesterday!
