Definitely contact Zavvi. If you are happy with a 10% refund then go with that as that is all they will offer. Failing that a replacement is the best option. I'm constantly getting 10% off them for even the most OCD imperfection. Sort of a get back at them for all the times they have lacked in customer services aspect shall we say!

Depends how OCD you are? I personally would ask for a partial refund (likely 10%) and keep it. Up to you, it's still in stock so if your not happy and you don't mind the hassle of returning it contact them via your order page
