Yes, plenty of decent modern stuff around on Blu-ray including these (not in order of preference):-
P2, FUNNY GAMES, CABIN FEVER, THE CHILDREN, THE ORPHANAGE, EDEN LAKE, STITCHES, ORPHAN, I SAW THE DEVIL, SAW, THE RING, DRAG ME TO HELL, DOG SOLDIERS, WOLF CREEK, THE LOVED ONES, SPLINTER, THE WOMAN IN BLACK, THE OTHERS, TRICK 'R' TREAT, LET THE RIGHT ONE IN, THE MIST, AUDITION, 28 DAYS LATER, HIGH TENSION, THE WOMAN, COLD FISH, JENNIFER'S BODY, SINISTER, THE MESSENGERS, THE SKIN I LIVE IN, REC, THE STRANGERS, ILS, FINAL DESTINATION, JEEPERS CREEPERS, OLDBOY, DAWN OF THE DEAD (2004), JULIA'S EYES, DARK WATER, HUMAN CENTIPEDE, INBRED, BLACK SHEEP, SEVERANCE, ZOMBIELAND, SIGHTSEERS, TRIANGLE, THE PURGE, HARRY BROWN, STUCK, STOKER, DONKEY PUNCH, OPEN WATER 1 & 2, DEAD SNOW, SLEEP TIGHT, WRONG TURN, BATTLE ROYALE, MAMA, THE VILLAGE, INSIDUOUS, THE CONJURING, RUBBER, PLANET TERROR, CASE 39, THE HILLS HAVE EYES (2006), VACANCY, ONE HOUR PHOTO, RED STATE, FROZEN, HOUSE OF WAX (2005), DON'T BE AFRAID OF THE DARK . . .
Plenty of others around but can't be bothered to go through my film notes to check how many stars out of 5 I gave them after first / second viewing.

The Conjuring, Don't Breathe, Green Room......
Watched green room last night. Loved it. Crazy good film just like don't breathe

Is there any other horror films recently that are as good as this one?

Depends what you like. There are some good ones with minimal CGI and the conjuring still uses CGI but it's well made

There are some very bad films in the post above like house of wax so be careful on that list and although one hour photo is a fantastic film I wouldn't call it a horror same as oldboy. More psychological thrillers. Plus you asked for recently and most of those are old now lol

It follows is a good one but it's not a full on horror (if that makes sense)
Watched the new ouija: origin of evil the other week, wasn't bad but it has CGI use. Some freaky moments

I'm a huge found footage fan and some good ones are as above so below, afflicted, exists and I like the V/H/S films but the second film in my opinion only has one good short by the Welsh guy who made the raid films. Mental short

I loved neon demon too but it won't be everyone's cup of tea. Plus it's a slow burner (to some) that turns into a horror

I also enjoyed the boy, I was surprised I liked. A little comical but also freaky as ****

Oh and Trick R Treat - great film with minimal CGI

Have you watched Eli Roths last film Green Inferno?

Yeah I have, watched it over Halloween forgetting I'd already seen it before that

It wasn't bad, had a few moments that could of been done better. Also considering its Eli and the nature of the film I actually thought it was going to be more violent.

When the plane comes down, the crash and then getting hunted is the best bit. That guy who walks into the propeller!!!

I'm a huge huge huge fan of cabin fever. Perfect blend of weird, odd, crazy, funny, violence, teens etc

GREEN INFERNO 2013 is an OK homage more to the thoroughly bad taste (lol) "Video Nasty" Italian cannibal movies from the 1970's and early 1980's (CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST, EMANUELLE AND THE LAST CANNIBALS, ANTHROPOPHAGOUS, MAN FROM DEEP RIVER, ZOMBIE FLESH EATERS etc.) and not a remake of the 1988 film of the same name aka CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST 2 or of the U.S. cannibal themed films of the same-ish period (WRONG TURN, HILLS HAVE EYES, SILENCE OF THE LAMBS, MOTEL HELL etc.) - nearly all now thankfully available in the U.K. in their almost complete uncensored glory after having been banned here for years.
It's fashionable nowadays to knock the recent-ish HOUSE OF WAX mainly for the silly reason that one of its stars is Paris Hilton but ignore the naysayers and give it a chance as it's tremendously inventive and a thoroughly decent horror film and the climax with the house, that was actually made of wax, melting in the firestorm at the end is pure genius.
It goes without saying that horror films made in the past 7 years are no better or worse than horror films made in the past 70 years except that they are 100% bound to be more reliant on cgi than older films that utilised the talents of Tom Savini, Rick Baker, Dick Smith and other luminaries for the amazing practical effects.

These type films are not ones that I necessarily own or quite frankly, enjoy ( not a torture porn fan) but I do have enough of a lurid interest to see what has been put out and have watched some of.
Since @blu-steel requested films "as good as this one" but with mileage, some time ago, which I take to mean in the 'same vein' so to speak, heh, I thought I'd update with a list of 7 contenders;
- Martyrs (own it)
- High Tension
- Audition
- A Serbian Film
- Frontier
- Last House On The left
(own it)
- Ichi The Killer (own it)

edit: oh, and Salo, (own it) though it's a different type of weird...

YMMV...
