At least 4k print run. Marvel steelbooks sell out pretty quickly so the print run should be pretty high.
Maybe even more than 4k.

They dont even know that they have never been up for preorder to begin with.
Pointless to ask Zavvi anything. Either they have no clue what so ever, or they dont even read what you are asking them and gives you some bullcrap generic robot reply.

Their 'customer service' leaves a lot to be desired
Their so called customer service couldn't organise a bunk up in a brothel.
Of course it's a generic reply probably done by a script so they can keep a maximum employe number of 7 people and 120 monkeys - which appear to have a slight advantage to their human co-workers (being smarter and all).
The best way to describe how stupid their customer service is is to say.. They couldn't find a needle in a 10 feet high needle stack

Perhaps you've not seen the Asian versions as well as the outstanding UK play.com release. The US has a metalpak with a lenticular front that's pretty nice. Those IMO are better than this.
We all have our opinions but I've never been fascinated with any of the releases of that movie so far
