Slightly better is the artwork up for the:-
Best Buy U.S. Exclusive / SteelBook / 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray + Digital Copy Universal Studios| 2016 | 123 min | Rated PG-13 | No Release Date
If it's to be this big head artwork also from one of the *original potters I'm hoping for a nice and glossy finish like JACK REACHER with either an embossed or de-bossed title and should be perfectly acceptable.
Clearly too much to have hoped for something to match the others released recently

Same artwork now showing on Zoom.Doesn't look like steelbook artwork but this now showing at HMV:-
Same image as seen elsewhere but now off-centre, minus the "YOU KNOW HIS NAME" tag across the face and all set against a white instead of a black background.
Also, price at Amazon now £22.99, same as Zavvi and Zoom.
I see the traditional Matt Damon "zoomed in portrait" is back once again

Same concerns as always when a "white" steel appears... is it actually white or metallic?
The front artwork has 'matt damon' written in (what looks lile) silver/gray so hopefully this means they wouldn't use a similar colour on a silver steelbook, so it's likely that this will be a white/off white background.. fingers crossed anyway

I like Damon as an actor. I've got quite a few of his movies on bluray, but rarely a steelbook because I have no interest in owning a large expensive collection of his face.

I see where you're coming from and you're right in that his mug is on the front of ALL of his steelbooks (U.K., at least) BUT not all of his steelbooks are of the "big head" style and in truth very few are (when compared to Tom Cruise steelbooks for example) as can be seen below

I've come to a conclusion that there is no artwork that will satisfy every single customer in the world.
There are several types of customers:
1) Steelbook collectors (that rather buy a steelbook compared to a bit cheaper amaray)
2) Artwork collectors (that buy steelbooks mostly because of the artwork design - movie is just a plus to kill 2 hours)
3) Collectors that mostly buy non-european editions (they keep them sealed in case they jump 500% in value and they need to make a quick profit - not a lot of them out there)
4) Impulsive buyers (there aren't many of those out there)
5) Scalpers (we all know who these fckrs are)

Yes, I also don't object to the star of the picture's mug being on the front cover but I'm personally not happy with the "art" for this BOURNE steelbook as it's not in keeping with the recently released previous four and it would have been nice if they'd matched it as a different studio did for the recent GHOSTBUSTERS steelbooks (see below in SPOILER)
In the same way that I don't object to the star of the show being on the cover I also don't object to a more "artistic" / representational style with many decent (IMO) U.K. covers around including these with some of these the favourites in my collection:-

I'm the opposite I have many of his films, can't get enough of that face
I would have liked it to kinda match the others but it's ok I guess
