According to tracking, my set arrived in NY barely 3 days after it shipped. It'll be a couple of additional days minimum before it's processed through customs but it's still fast. I thought there were 3 shipping options: Fast, Slow and Very Slow? We don't get GB shipping options anymore? Not a complaint - just some folks may want to save a couple of bucks.

I ordered both Volume 1+2 Type A's but Nova sent me both Fullslips for Vol.2! (A+B) Having both in-hand, I immediately prefer the black Type A. Also received my replacement slip for Vol.1 Type B which is as it should be but damn, I don't want either Type B's lol

They might sent you the slip A for vol 1 with your next order

I've personally never had the wrong item sent to me from them but I have had a damaged steel and they chucked a replacement in the next order

What happens with the incorrect Vol.2 Type B then? Do I send it back? They've been excellent in regards to CS in my experience so I'm hopeful it will be sorted and to my satisfaction.. As it stands now however, I've got a pair of Type B's going spare. Anyone?

When I bought John Wick (1) Lenti they send me the full slip . They asked me if I wanted to keep it and made an offer a few euros less > I accepted so I think you have to send it back. But maybe it's different now.
