Love the box set but not the gift. Feels really cheap. Would have loved the t shirt from Okinawa like the Japanese DVD release from a while back.

Great box set though and really complements the first.
 
So, I opened up my black Vol.2 slip today and my steel has some seriously botched debossing/printing! :banghead: Along with the incorrect slip being shipped to me, I also have this lol. Thankfully, Nova have already sent me a replacement Vol.1 Slip A FREE of charge so top marks for their after sales service in that respect :thumbs: Hopefully, they're as forthcoming with this error... :sorry::wacky:

That steelbook needs a replacement, or the very least some discount given or an account credit. Most of us are afraid to do anything about it because of the distance of where this is imported from. If it was me I be asking for a new steelbook and slip. The retailer are clearly at fault.
 
I haven't yet asked them or made them aware buddy (in the process of doing so lol). I only opened it today as I was planning to watch it.

Oh I see, when you asked for the slip I thought you just made the one request then!
I hope the JW nova's won't have double embossing.

Stick it on fleabay, could sell for silly money due to its unique double embossing :p

No mate, I immediately made them aware they shipped the wrong item but I didn't open them the same day. I thought Nova would send me my correct Vol.1 FS-A with my next order etc, but their immediate response was they had already shipped me the correct item and provided tracking #! :wow: Kudos to them as that is 5* CS in my book :notworthy: This debossing thing will be a whole nother issue lol.. :whistle: Gotta keep us collectors satisfied :p

Fair play bud, Nova good customer service and realised the wrong slip (hope it's not in batches of wrong slips?? :wow:)

It seems to me that retailers keep sending you the wrong stuff!! :rofl: Can't complain with the freebies though :smuggrin: :naughty:

Indeed, Nova has by far been the best when it comes to after-sales service, etc. Always fast at responding and willing to rectify any issues (in my experience anyway). Manta have been equally good too and Kimchi by far the worst lol :cautious:. It's annoying and can be disheartening when errors occur like this but it's they way in which the retailer deals with these issues which makes all the difference. We pay good money for these premium collectibles and in-turn expect a high end product so I don't exactly feel guilty in making them aware :LOL:

My last two orders with Nova have taken about a month to arrive :(

Looks like this might be heading the same way.

My orders from China with HDZETA arrive within about 10 days.

A month on K packet? I assume no customs? That's a long time. 7-10 days for me. What was the shipping time previously?

Glad to hear you got your other slip sorted but shame about the steel. I don't think it will be an issue replacing it, they will most likely add it to John wick order. Good luck

Previous shipping time was about 12-14 days.

My last two orders got pulled by customs also.

So that explains the delay if you get stung with customs. So if this has not arrived by end of next week then there's a good chance you be making a small donation to your local government.

Don't you email Nova to make lower declaration as merchandise (not gift! Looks suspicious)?
