Mine arrive A4 size Mailer, two steels were cling filmed to a piece of cardboard, thats it no other bubble wrap or anything. Arrived mint though

Maybe because the JP stuff gets delivered via DHL and not the Postal Services?

true. When I lived in AZ however DHL didnt deliver in my area so they would pass the package over to normal postal carrier in phoenix. So I ended up still getting from usps postal service. I would get some damages from time to time but not too many.

No...I thought chat was better Sounds you did yours through the online form? I would wait 2 days...Sometimes Amazon emails and asks you to keep the item and sends the replacement anyways.
