Definitely looks like scratches right? I'm afraid to open it :ohno:

And as I thought, after opening it, the back is scratched up. For $5 (used a $15 RZ cert.) I can't complain.

I finally got my copies, I am surprised by the weight on them like others mentioned, but I have to look a bit closer for scratches before opening.

Also had to call BB to have then manually price match the opening week sale price, which I think they should do automatically like amazon, or if they know the price will be $19.99 then the system should be pre-programmed to charge that amount as opposed to putting the burden on the customer

Mine was shipped in those awful corrugated cardboard mailers.
Consequently, it arrived badly dented.
I had to go exchange it at a store for the last copy they had in stock.

I just filled out a Best Buy online survey in which I ripped them a new one.
Whoever reads it at Best Buy will have trouble sitting and walking for a week.
Will never order any type of metal case from them again.

I had the same problem with the ones I ordered. And the only reason I ordered it online was because they did not have it in store on release day.

yah that packaging sucks. wonder what the magic # is for a box.

It isn't 3. I ordered 2 copies of this, one for me and one for my friend, plus a Django Unchained white steel, and only one FuturePak survived without damage.

Do they realize this costs a lot of money? Between wasting the case, ticking off customers, and losing business, that's a lot of money. I don't mind dealing with Best Buy in the store, but online is just a hassle.
