Some people have been posting on message boards here in Japan that they have received notices from Amazon stating that they do not have enough to fulfill preorders and are asking people to cancel and/or are stating that they will have to cancel if the cannot get more of them.

When I secured an order on July 30 I thought great my luck was in. Today I got 'that' email that dv8mad highlighted. The much shorter English language portion of the message reads: '
'Dear Customer: We have learned that there has been a delay with some of the item(s) in your order indicated above. When your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail message confirming the date, contents and method of shipment.'

I cling on to hope as it is clear from the posted photos and comments above that this is a real beauty.
