I really really wish for an international release. I really want to see what the Japanese have come up with for a modern day take on Godzilla.

Funimation holds the distribution rights for North America. They also had a limited theatrical release with Professional Subtitles- so, technically, a version does exist out there.
I reached out to Funimation recently to inquire about whether or not they would be releasing it officially as a BluRay- as of the time of writing- I have not received a response.
