I thought it was decent film, atleast better than Quantum of Solace, but definitely not good as Skyfall or Casino Royale which I think is probably the best Bond movie.
I really wanted Kimchidvd Spectre, but I thought it would remain in stock a bit longer with 3,000 copies and I was wrong. Thanks to @harry I was able to get one yesterday.

I prefered QOS, at least it tried to be clever. Spectre must have been thought up on a post it note :p

Skyfall
Casino Royal
Quantum of Solace
Spectre

In that order for me

so I miss it again
it seven in mywish list on the site, but i get no heads-up
not happy
You won't get email notifications from KimchiDVD for out-of-stock items in your wish list if they come back in stock. Never happens. That's not what the wish list is for (works the same, e.g., at the various Amazon sites).

Same goes if you fill your email address in the "E-mail me when available from Kimchidvd" box at the product page of an out-of-stock item.

I can understand why that doesn't happen for items on my wish list (I view it as more of a reminder list for myself), but I do wish they would simply remove the "E-mail me when available from Kimchidvd" functionality, as it doesn't function at all :D

This movie exceeded my expectations. As with any action film, there are holes in the plot. The DTS HD Master Audio track had a lot to do with me ending up liking this bond film the best for Daniel Craig. It was one of the most entertaining films I've seen in my home theater up there with Fury Road because of the very immersive sound that just didn't let go from beginning to end. Thumbs up all the way!
P.S.
So when is the WEA coming out for The Spectre...

Yeah I'm not a fan of these thin slips, I much prefer it when there is a booklet included like the old Kimchi editions had.

Indeed when there is only a set of 6 cards it is a pass for me, it feels a bit cheap as an exclusive Fullslip and/or Lenticular Package.

Bonus Items to warrant the price and a Purchase for me ''must include'' the usual ''Kimchi Booklet and both sets of cards'' as they have been doing them previously.

Completely agree.

The sub sonic bass in the beginning during the action sequence, followed by the classy Bond intro ... what an experience on my 5.1 with loud volume ! left me with goosebumps.

Mine arrived the other day. I can see why the FAC was cancelled, my steelbook is covered in scratches and marks. I've emailed Kimchi and asked to provide photos, sent them in and not heard anything since.

Same here. The worst looking steelbook I've ever received from Kimchi. Lots of paint chips and scratches, absolutely horrible.

I bought locally a copy of this steelbook (the Finnish release).

Same thing, on the front a myriad of hairline scratches along the right edge. None of those were visible through the shrink wrap plastic.

It's difficult to understand why it seems to be so hard not to damage the painted steelbook surfaces during manufacturing.

Plenty of other examples of painted metal surfaces, e.g., various home appliances, which are completely mint when opening the package for the first time.
