Brilliant news :)
Finally, another one  #9 in a steelbook - of the 23 titles released here in the UK in Amaray cases - and the first non-Hayao Miyazaki.
Wish they'd speed up this lovely circle artwork collection a bit though . . .

Hopefully #10 back to papa with my SG favourite - WHISPER OF THE HEART :watch:

The 8 released so far in the UK:-

Here's hoping they finish the Miyazaki series too though, I want Porco Rosso & The Wind Rises! Got them all so far, will get this one just because it's party of Ghibli's work.

Was kind of hoping these steelbooks would have gotten another line with better, more colourful artwork

I agree, and not just due to the artwork but also the fact that I was late to the party so missed the likes of Mononoke, Howl's and Totoro which are horrific prices on the secondary market.

I think this is a pretty fine - and indeed very pretty - line . . . and just as good as or better than lines released elsewhere (including Italy and Germany) . . . and rather they release the whole collection with circle artwork before starting a new line.

Studio Ghibli steelbooks in other territories:-

Going to cut back on steelbooks overall. However, this is an instant pre-order, I've got the full set to date, not risking any gaps and supporting the continuation of these releases as far as possible.Game on.

I haven't checked out this particular film release- but Studio Ghibli releases are really hit or miss for me.
And the most positive review of "Tales from Earthsea" that I've come across is "Yeah- I guess it's not a total waste of time". xD

So... is this one worth checking out?
